Taxidermied Animals Enjoy Beverages, Hookahs, Peanut Butter

This week news traveled about End of History, the 55% ABV beer packaged in a taxidermied squirrel. But really, is Brewdog doing something that unusual with pairing alcohol and lifelike dead critters? Or is it honoring the grand history of drinking taxidermy?

After all, the Prince of Wales once had a dumb waiter made from a dead bear.


In North Korea, a crocodilian creature serves visitors at the International Friendship Exhibition.


Through the last century, we accented that animals aren't here to serve us. Sometimes, they want to have fun.

These squirrels also want beer in them, sans bottle.


But deer prefer to drink alone.


Mice just say no to booze, rather taking a spot of tea.


Perhaps this fox should lay off the Turkish coffee. Never share a hookah with someone infected with rabies.


How does wildlife top off a night of drinking and smoking? Same way humans do - by eating peanut butter straight from the jar.
