Snarf's, a small, Boulder, Colorado-based chain of sandwich shops, has opened its first St. Louis location at 6301 Delmar Boulevard. The menu includes the standard array of toasted sub sandwiches (Italian cold cuts, roast beef, turkey, tuna). There are also "Specialty" sandwiches, like the prime rib and provolone, smoked brisket and eggplant Parmesan. Salads and soups are also available.

You can view the entire menu on the Snarf's website. If you happen to be in the Delmar Loop area today, an employee is standing outside the restaurant, handing out free samples.
