This week, Gut Check embarked on a falafel challenge, and we talked to John Caton from Benton Park Cafe for this week's Chef's Choice. Also, we announced that we're actively seeking new freelance food writers.

What else did we do this week?

We checked out South Grand Delivered, a new bicycle-delivery business.

We talked to Molly Rockamann, the first recipient of the Young Food Leader Award.

We began a new countdown, Gut Check's 100 Favorite St. Louis Dishes.

We talked to Arlene Browne of Robust about the business' charitable contributions.

David Klein filled us in on the real history of Jelly Belly.

That's it for this week! Have a good weekend. Eat something good.
