The wildly -- and deservedly -- popular new barbecue joint Bogart's Smokehouse (1627 South Ninth Street; 314-621-3107) has announced that, beginning tomorrow, August 5, it will be open as late as 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant previously closed at 4 p.m. both days. The "as late as" is a key disclaimer: Bogart's doesn't serve reheated 'cue, so when it sells out for the day, it closes.

Also taking place this weekend, as Sauce Magazine reports, Taqueria el Bronco is moving from 2812 Cherokee Street to new, larger digs just across the street at 2817 Cherokee.
