The Ballad of the Bitter Starbucks Barista

Posted By on Thu, Sep 22, 2011 at 3:00 PM

Meet Christopher Cristwell. Like many Starbucks baristas past and present -- I speak from personal experience here -- he has very strong feelings about his customers and their orders. Unlike many Starbucks baristas, he wrote a song about those feelings, recorded a video of himself playing that song while wearing nothing but boxers and his Starbucks apron and uploaded that video to YouTube. Have a listen (some NSFW language):

What happened to Cristwell after he posted the video online? Glad you asked. Turns out, he recorded a second video to explain Starbucks' reaction. Watch it after the jump.

(Hint: He wasn't named employee of the week.)
