I noted Tuesday that a new Indian-Pakistani restaurant, apparently to be called Spice n Grill, was preparing to open at 6800F Olive Boulevard in University City. Within 24 hours of that post, additional signage appeared in the modest strip-mall storefront, confirming that the name is indeed Spice n Grill. Also, the restaurant is advertising some American fare, wings and a Philly cheesesteak, as well as Indian and Pakistani dishes.

Spice n Grill looks nearly ready to go. An "A" sticker from the St. Louis County Department of Health is posted in the window, and the hours are posted on the front door: 5-9 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. I still haven't been able to contact the owner(s) for more information, however. More as I learn it.
