Usually McDonald's (multiple locations) brings its popular seasonal McRib sandwich back to menus across America in the fall. However, in September, Advertising Age leaked a memo from the McDonald's Operators National Advertising Fund stating the sandwich won't hit menus till December to boost end-of-the-year sales.

Well at least, most cities in America won't see the McRib until December. At McDonald's restaurants in the greater St. Louis area, however, the much-loved McRib returns today.

And to celebrate St. Louis being at the forefront of McRib nation, Gut Check is hosting a contest to give away eighteen free McRib sandwich coupons.

Update: The first round of winners is listed after the jump -- and there's still eight left to giveaway, so share a couplet below for your chance to snag a free McRib.
