The Libertine Hiring Kitchen and Service Staff; Quincy Street Bistro Seeks Front of House Help

Opening day approaches for the Libertine (7927 Forsyth Boulevard, Clayton), the new restaurant from the married team of Audra and Nick Luedde, with Josh Galliano helming the kitchen, and the restaurant has a call out for both back and front of the house staff.

For the back of the house, the Libertine is hiring line cooks, food runners and dishwashers. For these positions, the Libertine is accepting applications only by email at libertinestlkitchen AT gmail DOT com.

For positions in the front of the house, the Libertine will hold an open call at the restaurant from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Monday, April 22, and Tuesday, April 23. Applicants should bring a résumé.

Meanwhile, the red-hot south city restaurant Quincy Street Bistro (6931 Gravois Avenue; 314-353-1588) seeks servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers and food runners. The restaurant will hold an open call on Sunday, April 28, from noon-2 p.m. Again, applicants should bring a résumé.

Who is Quincy Street Bistro looking to hire? From its Facebook page: "Ideal candidates will have some experience in their respective position, have open availability, knowledge of food and wine and are willing and eager to learn more!"
