Hot Aztec (@hotaztec; 314-540-2949), the Mexican food truck, has opened its storefront at 1914 Bowles Avenue in Fenton, as first reported by Sauce. The restaurant will be open for lunch Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu will be mostly the same, but with rotating specials and there are plans for some new items.

Caife Caife by Colleen's Cookies (7337 Forsyth Boulevard, Clayton; 314-727-8427) -- pronounced coffee cafe -- opened Monday adjecent to the bakery. It's serving Intellegentsia coffee with a full-service coffee bar with lots of goodies that fans of Colleen's will be familiar with. Check the Facebook page for daily grand opening week specials -- today you get a free cupcake with a sandwich purchase!
