Two St. Louis pastry chefs will be competing on the season four finale of TLC's Next Great Baker tonight. Al Watson and Lia Weber work at the Wedding Wonderland Cakeshop (437 Dunn Road, Florissant; 314-837-5015) and Hendel's Market Cafe (599 Saint Denis Street, Florissant; 314-837-2304), respectively. They're battling three other teams for the chance at $100,000 and the opportunity to bake at Buddy Valastro's new Las Vegas bakery.

The season started with ten teams, and Weber and Watson completed challenges each week to avoid elimination. The finale airs tonight, August 19, at 8 p.m. on TLC. Both bakeries are hosting watch parties to celebrate. Hendel's is throwing a block party with live music from 6 to 8 p.m. It's $25 per person for food and drinks all night. Wedding Wonderful Cakeshop is hosting a watch party at Yacovelli's Restaurant. The party starts at 5 p.m. with a DJ; you can get a special buffet for $12 or the regular dinner menu as well.

Fingers crossed that we'll see a couple of St. Louisans take the cake tonight.
