Monday (Nov. 24):

The Comfort of Classic French @ Kitchen Conservatory

This is one of several classes from Gallagher's chef Mickey Kitterman. You'll make traditional beef bourguignon, coq au vin in an enriched red wine sauce, choucroute garnie with sausages and potatoes, blanquette de veau, mesclun salad with crispy lardons and chocolate mousse. From 6 to 8:30 p.m. The class is currently sold out, but call 314-862-2665 to be put on a wait list.

Tuesday (Nov. 25):

The Divine Swine Wine Dinner @ Five Bistro

A dinner celebrating porcine eats and wine? We'll be there. Five's annual pairing dinner is using a Spotted Polish China pig from the Marshall Family farm in Serena, Illinois. Start with housemade bologna wrapped in brioche with grain mustard. Next is sous vide pork belly with a purée of Berger Bluff celerlac, potato and crème fraîche, followed by crispy squid with lardo, garlic, capers, lemon and bolognese. The main course is a hickory-smoked pork shoulder and polenta with herbs and braised Ozark Forest mushrooms. For dessert, it's apple crisp with Vesterbrook Farm apples, Funks Grove maple bacon and brown sugar crumb. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. and is $70 per person. Reservations are required; call 314-773-5553.

Wednesday (Nov. 26):

Get Canned @ Drunken Fish

Come party with all those friends you haven't seen in forever on Thanksgiving Eve. Drunken Fish has also paired with Operation Food Search for a canned-food drive. The Central West End location is accepting non-perishable food items to donate; the cover charge proceeds will also go to Operation Food Search. If you donate an item, you will also be entered to win $75, $50 and $25 gift cards plus have your bar tab paid for. There will be karaoke as well as DJ Matt Stewart. From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. There's no cover from 9 to 10 p.m., cover is $5 from 10 to 11 p.m. and $10 after that.

Turkey Testicle Festival @ Big Daddy's

Yes, this is exactly what is sounds like. And more. There will be turkey-testicle eating contests every fifteen minutes starting at 11 p.m., with cash and prizes for the winners. You can also purchase a premium open bar tab for $30. Did we mention the turkey testicles? From 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. Admission is free.

Thursday (Nov. 27):
