Delivery services are already de rigeur in cities like New York and Chicago where not everyone has a car and it's insanely hard to carry a ton of stuff home (or, you know, if it's raining). St. Louis is catching up with companies like Grub Go and the Food Pedaler, but we have been severely lacking in the alcohol-delivery department. But not anymore: Drizly debuts its beer, wine and spirits delivery service in St. Louis today.

Drizly, which began in 2013, has paired with Randall's Wine & Spirits in St. Louis to bring you anything from the liquor store's huge inventory to your door in less than an hour. You can use the Drizly app or website. There is a $20 minimum and $5 delivery charge (which goes to Randall's, not Drizly), but St. Louisans get free delivery all this month. You can also use the gifting feature, which allows you to send someone a bottle; they'll get a notification via email that you've sent them a gift, and it allows them to schedule a delivery time. The best part? There's no markup -- the booze is the same price as it is at Randall's.

"We've worked with a lot of retailers, and I haven't seen prices as good as Randall's almost anywhere in the country, and the store itself is incredibly tech savvy, so we went from there," Drizly cofounder and CEO Nick Rellas tells us. "As we were evaluating the [potential] markets, the fact that we can open up St. Louis at Randall's is a big deal for us."

You can order alcohol through Drizly if you are over 21 (drivers scan IDs upon delivery) and live in Ballwin, Boulevard Heights, Brentwood, the Central West End, Clayton, Creve Coeur, Frontenac, Kirkwood, Ladue, Manchester, Maplewood, Olivette, Princeton Heights, Richmond Heights, Rock Hill, the Hill, Tower Grove, Town & Country, University City, Webster Groves or downtown.

You can follow @DrizlySTL on Twitter for special promotions and coupons. The service is also available in Boston, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, Washington D.C., Austin and Indianapolis.
