Taste by Niche is trying to right a historical wrong by redeeming the tiki cocktail. Bastardized by premixed cocktails, the libations served at Tiki Takeover will not be what you find at all-inclusive resorts.
Even if you don't particularly care about the historical accuracy of cocktails, strong drinks shouldn't cause too much of a stir. Food offerings by Chef Heather Stone will include smoked pulled pork, topical popsicles and other island-inspired flavors.
