On this black Friday, when most shoppers are fighting asshole-to-elbow with the worst sort of bargain hunter, why not dream bigger? You could buy your very own Soulard bar — the Great Grizzly Bear.

You'd be getting more than just a fun watering hole. There’s an apartment upstairs as well as a small bus thrown into the deal. One-stop shopping!

The listing is on Craigslist, which notes, rightly, that the Great Grizzly Bear has one of the nicest patios in Soulard. It also got a new kitchen in 2005 and a new roof just last year. Exposed brick walls add that classic Soulard flavor.

This isn't the first bar to come up for sale in Soulard; earlier this year, we reported that Johnny's was also up for grabs. The city's real estate database have yet to reflect a sale at that address, so we presume Johnny's might still be looking for a buyer, too.
