Gilmore Girls fans, your dreams have come true: this Wednesday, October 5, Luke's Diner is coming to St. Louis. You can sip coffee a la Rory and Lorelai — and even better, the coffee will be free.

The Coffee Cartel (2 Maryland Plaza, 314-454-0000), Coma Coffee Roasters (1024 S. Brentwood Blvd., 314-250-1042) and Shameless Grounds (1901 Withnell Ave., 314-449-1240) will host one-day-only, Gilmore Girls-themed pop up shops in honor of the four movie-length episodes coming to Netflix on November 25.

According to the Post-Dispatch, Netflix hasn't officially announced the pop-ups, but reportedly plans to give each coffee shop the full Gilmore Girls treatment, complete with Luke's Diner aprons and t-shirts. And from 7 a.m. to noon, the first 250 customers will receive a free cup of joe, too.

This marketing tactic is taking the country by storm, with Luke's Diner pop ups appearing in cities from coast to coast. A website devoted to Stars Hallow, the fictional mother/daughter duo's hometown, is under construction until tomorrow but lists the many other locations of Luke's Diner pop ups across the country. Check them all out at townofstarshallow.org/lukes.
