Lindsay Capuano says posting photos from behind triggers instant ‘chaos’ in her comments.

Some people can count on a sunrise. Others bank on their morning coffee. Social media star Lindsay Capuano? She can count on one thing every single time she uploads a photo facing the other direction — absolute chaos in her comments section.
“It’s clockwork at this point,” Capuano said in a statement on Monday, March 16. “I’ll post a beach pic or a mirror selfie from behind and within minutes my phone just explodes. The comments lose their minds. Literally. I’ve learned to just put it on silent and come back later.”
The 27-year-old content creator from Connecticut has built a massive online presence with over 3.5 million Instagram followers and nearly 375,000 on TikTok, where her curvy figure and unapologetic confidence have turned her into one of the platform’s most recognized names.
For the uninitiated, Capuano has been building her audience since 2015, when she first popped up on Instagram with a singing cover of Adele. It was her modeling content, though, that ultimately sent her following into the millions and landed her brand partnerships with the likes of PSD Underwear and Brandy Melville USA.
She rose to wider public attention after a 2021 interview revealed that the devout Christian was earning thousands daily on social media while still praying every single night. Capuano later sparked dating rumors with social media star Bryce Hall after a TikTok showing the pair kissing went viral. She’s since kept her love life under wraps, but her content has only continued to grow, with fans regularly flooding her comments and DMs every time she posts.
“I work really hard in the gym. That’s not a secret,” Capuano said. “People have a lot of opinions about my body, and honestly I think that’s kind of funny. I built this. I earned it. So when someone leaves a wild comment I just laugh because at the end of the day, they’re still watching.”
As for the fans who take things a little too far? The influencer once revealed that subscribers have asked her to send jars of used bathwater, even offering to pay significant amounts just for an armpit video — both of which she politely declined.
“My fans are passionate, I’ll give them that,” she added. “But I know where to draw the line.”
