Lo-fi-pop school is in at 8 p.m. sharp at St. Louis University's Billiken Club (Busch Student Center, 20 North Grand Boulevard; 314-977-2020) on Saturday, September 16, with bubbly indie kids Casper and the Cookies, shambling U.K. folkie Keith John Adams and (of course) Bunnygrunt dropping some (free!) science. Oh, and speaking of the latter: Deft Def Jux cut-'n'-paste-master RJD2 stops by the Gargoyle (Washington University Campus, 1 Brookings Drive; 314-935-5917) on Wednesday, September 20. Tix are $5 for students, $10 for the public, and the show starts at 8 p.m. Finally, Man Man's Hi-Pointe show scheduled for that same night has found a new home: The Lemp Neighborhood Arts Center (3301 Lemp Avenue; 314-771-1096).
