Sure, these days admitting that you're into ska-punk is sort of like admitting you wore JNCO jeans in the late '90s a lot of us did it, but no one is really proud of it. However, Boston's Big D and the Kids Table is helping lead ska-punk's latest revival, yet strangely we don't mind a bit. While the septet is currently performing alongside traditional third-wave acts such as Voodoo Glowskulls and Catch 22 on the Summer of Ska Tour, Big D's 2004 CD, How It Goes, adds dub and thrash elements into the skank-worthy mix, to create a sound that's finally begun to catch on with the Warped Tour generation. Besides, can 30,000 MySpace friends really be wrong?
