Brian Setzer's Rockabilly Riot Tour Comes to St. Louis on Monday: Win Tickets and Vinyl!

Dec 1, 2011 at 1:51 pm

Brian Setzer, formerly of Stray Cats, the Brian Setzer Orchestra, etc. will be in Sauget next Monday with his Rockabilly Riot tour. The show's at Pop's Nightclub (401 Monsanto Avenue, 618-274-6720), tickets are $30 and Slim Jim Phantom opens. Setzer, the strange punk hero of revivalism, comes to us this time as part of his Rockabilly Riot tour. He's working with the material from this year's solo record Setzer Goes Instru-MENTAL.

And we'd like to send you to the show for free! Not only that -- we've also got copies of Instru-MENTAL on both vinyl and plastic. Here's how this is going to work:

Below, you can find a video for "Go Go Godzilla." In it, CGI Skeleton Setzer does battle Villain CGI Iron Man (?) in the coliseum. His weapons of choice? A motorcycle and a pink grenade. We very, very much wish would could have been in the story board meeting for this thing. Regardless, to win, tell us, in the comments below:

1. What your badass CGI avatar would be. 2. Where you would fight your CGI arch-nemesis for glory and the love of your CGI babe. 3. What weapon you would use to dispatch said nemesis.
