Motorhead is playing at Pop's this Sunday, February 20. We'll have an interesting feature -- an interview with the codirectors/producers of a new Lemmy documentary -- in this week's paper, so stay tuned. Lemmy is popping up everywhere these days, it seems. Just yesterday, Foo Fighters posted a video for a new song, "White Limo," that's reportedly on its forthcoming album. (The Valentine intro for it was a nice touch.) These are not your radio-friendly Foos; the track is a total '80s thrash-metal homage with unintelligible screaming-banshee vocals. Perhaps Dave Grohl has been re-listening to his Probot release? Anyway, the video is hilarious: It's a low-budget spoof of metal videos which finds the band having debauched, whiskey-fueled times with the chauffeur from hell, Lemmy. Watch it. ALSO: Seven minutes after I posted this, Foo Fighters launched "Foo Fighters FM 90.8," which apparently has snippets of new songs (and some light-rock faves). Listen here.
