As KDHX (88.1 FM) polishes off the move to its new home at Grand Center, one little pesky piece of business still needs attending to: selling the building that was the station's home for over twenty years.

The building has officially been listed for sale through the commercial brokers at Schlafly Corporation, and at present the asking price is $200,000. That is just the asking price, though. We're betting you could probably shave a few dozen bucks off of that if your haggling skills are sharp.

The building, located at 3504 Magnolia, was initially a family bakery, with the upstairs serving as lodging for the owners. It has undergone extensive remodeling in order to become the state-of-the-art music studio and recording space that it is today. The building is located in Tower Grove East, blocks from the South Grand Business District. It will be available for purchase in December.
