The film M for Mississippi -- which was co-produced by St. Louis ex-pat Roger Stolle and current resident/Broke & Hungry Records head Jeff Konkel -- won "DVD of the Year" at the Blues Music Awards (formerly known as the Handy Awards) last Thursday in Memphis. Mississippi triumphed over films about Carlos Santana, Albert Collins, Little Arthur Duncan and Ronnie Earl and Broadcasters.
