Click here to see the others. They are as mesmerizing as they are mysterious (it seems like one should feature a plastic bag floating in the wind like in American Beauty) but they don't explain much about the super dope party they are promoting. Here's what's up.
Razani writes that:
All incorporated music and art will feature references to the financial aid process, wealth, greed, materialism, and the necessity for a sustainable income, inaccessibility of affordable education, the over-saturation of bureaucracy, and the immersion of wealth and materialism in the arts and music. All aspects of the show will link together, and there will be added live interactive elements of our theme executed spontaneously throughout the evening.Chisholm's collaborative MoneyBags project will be among the visual art featured at the show and his 18andCounting DJ set will feature only songs that have the word "money" in the title or lyrics. Razani says they have also printed out giant novelty checks to decorate the walls.
"Instead of having a dollar amount the checks will be made out to 'exposure,'" Razani explains. "It's playing off that idea that people are always told to 'do it for the love' or 'for the exposure' instead of for money."
