The time has come again, and we hope you're as pumped as we are for this weekend's psychitzophrenic spread. Kelly. If you're (somehow) still unmotivated, the second annual S.L.UM. fest features some of the most promising St. Louis hip-hop artists in a night that spans 12 hours and at least 100 artists.
