Sure, it's funny to say that New Jersey is the "Armpit Of America," but when it comes to churning out hardcore, screamo and emo bands, the Garden State ain't kidding around: First came Thursday, then My Chemical Romance and now Tokyo Rose. The band's latest album, New American Saint, came out last month on SideCho Records and features a collection of head-banging rockers ("Spectacle"), introspective odes ("Goodbye Almond Eyes") and authoritative anthems ("Bottle Marked: Caution"). If you pray to the altar of Jimmy Eat World's Jim Adkins and Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl, you might want to make room for new idol, TR lead singer/guitarist Ryan Dominguez. Leslie Simon
