Reactions to Arcade Fire winning the Album of the Year Grammy on Sunday night ranged from shock to, "Who?" The latter response especially elicited some hilarious results -- hence the new Tumblr, Who Is Arcade Fire?, which collects these disbelieving quips. Besides one-time hair-metal goddess Tawny Kitaen (pictured above and here), others called out include Rosie O'Donnell and a Fall Out Boy fansite twitter laughing at the AF's "stupid name." (Um.
