Sheryl Crow to Play MLB All-Star Concert on July 11

Posted By on Mon, Jun 22, 2009 at 12:43 PM

As rumored for several months, Kennett, Missouri native (and former Rockwood School District music teacher) Sheryl Crow is the performer tapped to headline the Major League Baseball All-Star Concert, according to a press release I just received from Celebrate St. Louis. The concert is slated to take place on the Arch Grounds on Saturday, July 11.Crow was last scheduled to be in town last May at the Fabulous Fox, but had to cancel "due to unforeseen circumstances." More information -- including photos of Crow from this afternoon's press conference -- coming later.
