There are brazen criminals -- and then there are brazen criminals. Like the one who broke into a locked van and stole an upright bass from new 7 Shot Screamers bassist Shane Kiel. (Kiel replaced Chris Powers, Jr. a few months ago.) Description and photo from this website

Underwood bridge pickup 
Eurosonic E & A (white) strings 
Weed-wacker D & G (red) strings
