Update! Local Haiti Benefit Shows Set for Atomic Cowboy, The Sheldon

On February 9, The Sheldon will be hosting a benefit for "Doctors Without Borders." $15 tickets go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. Along with soprano Christine Brewer and pianist Peter Henderson, the lineup is as follows:

Hosted by Julius Hunter, the event will feature soul and R&B singer Brian Owens, folk group Mayor Taylor, the Bottoms Up Blues Gang, jazz pianist Peter Martin, jazz vocalist Mardra Thomas with husband Reggie Thomas on piano, and jazz, soul and R&B singer Kim Massie.

Details have been finalized for the Atomic Cowboy show organized by Tech Supreme -- see the flyer for all of the information.


Don't forget, next Friday, the Billiken Club is hosting a show and the SLSO is donating ticket proceeds from the next few weekends to the American Red Cross.
