LouFest is now mere weeks away. Are you excited? (You should be!) Do you have tickets yet? If not, well, then this blogpost is for you: A to Z has a pair of two-day passes to give away to one lucky person. That's right -- a free pair of passes so you can see Broken Social Scene, She & Him, Lucero, Alejandro Escovedo, Jeff Tweedy, Built to Spill, just for starters. To enter, leave a comment explaining who you are most excited to see at LouFest, and why. The contest closes next Monday, August 9, at noon; winners will be notified on Tuesday. To be eligible, you have to use your real name -- first and last name required -- and leave a valid email address in your comment.

Below, view Broken Social Scene's new video for "Forced to Love." According to YouTube, it was created with some futuristic 3-D rendering technology:

"It's an experimental 3D scanning technology that detects the displacement of a grid pattern of any object in front of it," Poon explains. "The data is then used to rebuild the object in three dimensions. Each band member's performance was scanned using this technique and manipulated in the computer to create the effect you see in the final video."
