It's been a busy week and we almost didn't get to this, but we wanted to make sure that everyone knows the cheap happenings going on around town. So here's a truncated version of this week's 10 things for $10 that includes a free movie night at Union Station, monster flicks, cult films, live music, gallery hopping and the reopening of a St. Louis favorite.

Friday, August 6

Back to the Future at St. Louis Union Station Grab your friends and family and head to the shed for some time-travelling fun.

Birdemic For those who love movies that are so bad they're good!

Art DTour Take a tour of the St. Louis art scene. The event is free for people willing to drive themselves and there's an after party at the boathouse.

Nodzilla's Baadasssss CD Release Jam Head down to Lola for the party.

DinoQuest Monster Movie Night Check out some old school monster flicks at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Benton Park Scooter Show The Benton Park Scooter Show will celebrate all those who scoot beautifully, with categories for most unique, best in show and best in paint.

The Sci-Fi Lounge Reopens Celebrate the event with live music from Superfun Yeah Yeah Rocketship.
