The rawk cannot be stopped! Ska-punk stalwart the Urge is back! Steve Ewing and friends return for a headlining gig at the Pointfest 29, which also features Cake, Chevelle and Bush -- one of the more auspicious Pointfest bills in recent memory.

This isn't a one-off -- the Urge (including original members Steve Ewing on lead vocals, Jerry Jost on guitar, Karl Grable on bass guitar, John Pessoni on drums, Bill Reiter on tenor sax and keyboards and Matt Kwiatkowski on trombone) is working on new material, including a song that debuted just now on 105.7 the Point called "Say Yeah."

Pointfest will be September 10th at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Tickets go on sale July 23rd at noon. Lawn and some reserved seats are $20 in the first week of sales.

The preliminary lineup:

Shaman's Harvest Hurt Janus 10 Years Middle Class Rut Cake Greek Fire Bush The Urge Chevelle And more to come...
