The Black Angels Return To Old Rock House

Austin's heaviest purveyors of psych rock awesome, the Black Angels, will be returning to Old Rock House on October 16th. Tickets are $16 in advance or $18 day of show, and Dead Meadow and Spindrift will open.

The Angels were here just a few months ago, playing the same venue. Prior to that, it had been four years since the band had played St. Louis -- they must have had a good time at April's sold out show.

The band is still supporting 2010's Phosphene Dream, an album from which April's set list drew heavily. We're hoping October's show will draw a bit more from the old stuff. Would this be too much to ask for:
