Well that was ridiculous. Marc Broussard, who will be performing this evening at Old Rock House, is scheduled to make an appearance tonight at 6 p.m. at Vintage Vinyl. That has long been in the works. And the web team from Broussard's label, Atlantic Records, went to post about the appearance on his social media platforms a few hours ago. But they posted it to the wrong one: Atlantic label mates Death Cab For Cutie, which has some 1.6 million Facebook fans and 45,000 Twitter followers, but is currently in New York City. Minor pandemonium ensued.

The official Death Cab Page has since been updated with an apology from the Atlantic folks -- Broussard's appearance will continue as scheduled.
