Where To See This Year's Best Of St. Louis Music Winners

By now you've probably seen this year's Best Of St. Louis picks. Your new favorite band might be in there somewhere, and to help you find out for sure, we've tracked down each winner's next show. Many of them are playing this weekend. And between the three outdoor festivals on Saturday and the usual embarrassment of musical riches that seem to be going on lately, you can even see a whole bunch of these folks for free. So get those calendars at the ready...

Best Folk Band The Lulus 10 a.m. Sunday, October 2. Black Bear Bakery on Cherokee Street.

Best Gospel Artist Kenny DeShields 8 p.m. Friday, September 30. Higher Ground: A Tribute To Stevie Wonder at Off Broadway.

Best Hip-Hop Artist Rockwell Knuckles 8:30 p.m. Friday, September 30. Stacks To The Future at Cicero's in University City.

Best Hip-Hop DJ DJ Mahf 8 p.m. Saturday, October 1 with Sims and Lazerbeak of Doom Tree plus Steddy P and Cecil Otter. At Mojo's in Columbia, Missouri.
