Memoryhouse, Gregg Allman Lead This Week's Show Announcements

Posted By on Wed, Oct 19, 2011 at 12:33 PM

  • Memoryhouse.

Canadian pop impressionists Memoryhouse bring their gauzy, pastel retreads to the Old Rock House on November 9. Allman Brother Gregg makes a stop at the Pageant on January 3, 2012, because apparently that's coming up quick. He'll be joined by (who else?) his son's band, Devon Allman's Honeytribe. Have you seen this show Excused? It's a low-budget ripoff of an MTV show from half a dozen years ago that we're too cold to Google right now, but Last Comic Standing winner Iliza Shlesinger is on it, and she's funny enough to be forgiven the venial sin of allowing this show to exist. She'll be at the Funny Bone November 3 to 5.
