6:57 PM - Every square inch of tent coverage for vendors, etc. occupied, but people seem in high spirits.
6:56 PM - Members of Flaming Lips and Dawes onstage checking equipment. Maybe a hundred people still standing at the stage, getting drenched.
6:53 PM - VIA LouFest PA speakers: "We apologize about the brief pause. We'll start again when the rain breaks. [Loud cheering.] Please make the most of the rain. It looks like we'll have 20 to 30 minutes of it."
6:45 PM - Dawes ended 10 minutes early. Dr. Dog is supposed to go on next but there are tarps covering everything on the stage and the band definitely won't be starting on time. There are reports of lightning in the area.
