Dark Funeral - Sunday @ the Firebird

Stevie Stone @ Heartbreakers Rock-n-Roll Saloon 8:00 p.m. | $10-$15 Tech N9ne's buddy Stevie Stone has been rising in status lately; I saw a recent video the other day that he did featuring Yelawolf. Neat! (DH)

Booty Halloween 9 @ Scottish Rite 8:00 p.m | $40-$60 I have no idea what to make of this, but it looks awesome and there will be thousands of people there. (KM)

Sunday:

Coheed & Cambria @ Pop's Nightclub w/ The Dear Hunter, Three 7:00 p.m. | $25 Six studio albums, three live albums, a series of comic books and a full-length novel later and the tale of the Amory Wars is not yet fully told. Hit up Pop's on Sunday to see the best Rush cover band that has ever claimed to not be fans of Rush. (DH)

Dark Funeral @ The Firebird w/ Grave, The Lion's Daughter, Tyranny Enthroned 7:00 p.m. | $18 One of the biggest names in black metal hailing all the way from Sweden. Fair to say this shit is both Trve and Kvlt and not coming back around for a while. (DH)

Dysrhythmia @ Fubar w/ The Gorge 7:30 p.m. | $10-$12 Apparently (according to my favorite RFT Music writer, Ryan Wasoba) the members of Dysrhythmia are the missing link between virtually every band in New York hipster-metal scene. On an unrelated note, I cannot spell the name of this band correctly even when I'm staring directly at it. (DH)
