St. Louis' New Sunny Mount Baptist Church Choir: "A High Better Than Any Drugs"

"A choir is like a big family. We see each other a lot, and sometimes we don't always agree on things, but we have to come together in unity to still lift up the name of Jesus," says Anita Watkins-Stevens, musical director of the New Sunny Mount Baptist Church.

And when they do, says Watkins-Stevens, the result is a high "better than any drugs."

RFT Music recently sent our videographer to the church to learn more about the glorious music -- and people -- behind one of St. Louis' most noteworthy chancel choirs.
