Just one week after a surprise announcement that Guns N' Roses would be coming to St. Louis this summer — unexpected, especially, due to overgrown man-baby Axl Rose's long-standing disdain for the city — the band has officially released the details of  its reunion tour. Missing from the lineup entirely is the city of St. Louis.

St. Louis and Guns N' Roses have a storied history together (or more accurately, apart) ever since Rose jumped into the crowd during a 1991 performance and accosted a man who was filming the show, before walking off stage and refusing to return. Fans rioted, and GNR spent the following years ripping into STL whenever possible.

The band will perform in Kansas City on Wednesday, June 29, followed by Chicago on Friday, July 1. Though it would technically be possible to pick up a show on the Thursday between, a cursory glance at the rest of the dates reveals that the band is taking at least one day off between every performance — likely because Rose's voice has a tendency to completely fall to shit nowadays if over-exerted. (Skip to the 9:10 mark in the video below for a laugh.)

We've reached out to Guns N' Roses' tour rep for clarification; this post will be updated if/when we hear back. [UPDATE: A band spokesperson says the problem is a lack of venue.]
