Chuck Berry's Viewing Will Be Open to the Public at the Pageant

Funeral arrangements have been announced for St. Louis' iconic rock and roll legend.

Members of the public are welcome to pay their respects to Charles Edward Anderson Berry, more commonly known as Chuck Berry, at the Pageant (6161 Delmar Blvd.) on April 9 from 8 a.m. to noon.

The service following, however, will be reserved for family and friends, owing to limited seating.



Berry died in St. Louis on Saturday, March 18, at the age of 90. A lifelong St. Louis resident, he had until recently a regular gig at the Pageant's sister spot, the Duck Room at Blueberry Hill.
