Two heavyweights combine forces at this show for a decidedly must-see affair (especially for hip-hop heads). Chali 2na is best known as one of the founding members of the classic underground hip-hop group Jurassic 5, as well as an early member of the genre-bending Ozomatli; his deep baritone voice and silky smooth flow are instantly recognizable. Krafty Kuts is a UK-based electronic music and breakbeat producer and DJ with a catalog so deep it rivals the Mariana Trench; his highly technical approach to the turntables has won him numerous awards and legions of fans across the globe. Together the two make a formidable team — just check out their recent collaborations, March's "Hands High" and "It Ain't My Fault" (the latter also featuring Dynamite MC). Each is an old school boom-bap treat sure to keep the heads nodding.

In the Flesh: Fans of J5, rejoice. Chali 2na continues to break out the group's songs during this current tour, alongside his solo output and selections from his numerous collaborations.
