A Measured Response to Internet Commenters

Someone sent me this video the other day, and I gotta say that I can relate with this guy -- at least his rant about mean-spirited online commenters. (Yeah, I'm talking to you person who suggested all kinds of nasty things about my mother this week!)

P.S. Judging from this other "Norm" video, I think this guy lives in St. Louis. Can anyone confirm. Norm, ya' out there?
