This weekend, check two items off your bucket list when you make your own paperweight and rub elbows with Santa during Friday's Blow-Ho-Ho event at Third Degree Glass Factory. All that, and fire spinners too? That's what we call a holiday party. Find details on this and other events in the list below.
Animals in Suits: Every day for a year Sam Washburn illustrated an animal, usually wearing a suit. The fruits of his labors now hang in Star Clipper's gallery in easy-to-purchase format. Blow-Ho-Ho: Santa Claus stops by, tapas-style dining, work with instructors to make paperweight, holiday tile keepsake or glass beads ($20-$30 for glass activities), music by Bunnygrunt and fiery performances by Fire Technicians Performance Troupe -- all this and a cash bar, too.
