Ass Clown of the Week: Creepy Business Owner, Jack Eigles

The results are in. The winner of Friday's Ass Clown of the Week competition goes to Jack Eigles, owner of the Chesterfield-based Cash Flow Solutions.

Eigles earned 37 percent of the vote after being sued last week in civil court on claims that he surreptitiously videotaped guests using the bathroom during a party at his home. Eigles was charged criminally with a similar offense last fall when he was accused of videotaping employees at the workplace.

Second place with 25 percent of the vote went to the unknown man who placed his exposed penis on the back of a female student using an UMSL computer lab.
