David Breese, Ballwin Resident, Charged with Sexually Abusing Children

A Ballwin man is facing charges of sodomy and attempted child molestation.

David Breese, a 52-year-old divorced father, crept into a room where two teenage girls were sleeping and began touching them one night in August, St. Louis County police say.

The girls, identified only by their initials, were spending the night at his home in the 1200 block of Foxview Terrace, authorities say. One of them had previously been abused by Breese in 2013 — before she was twelve years old, according to court documents filed this week.

Breese is accused of asking one of the girls if he could touch her breasts earlier in the night. He then returned and touched the teens while they lay in bed, authorities say.

Breese was jailed on $250,000 cash bond.
