Anderson was a utility infielder on the Cardinals' 105-win juggernaut in 2004. He was an outstanding pinch hitter, and seemed to make a lot of very nice plays when the Cards needed it most -- most of them coming from somewhere out in short right field, right around the spot that Ronnie Belliard would later make his biggest plays.
