A twelve-year-old girl was struck by stray bullets while playing in the park in the Carr Square neighborhood yesterday early evening, police say.

Officials report that two suspects were "yelling and shooting at each other" at around 7:50 p.m. when one of the bullets apparently hit the young girl in the hand. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment and is currently in serious, but stable condition, officials say.

The suspects, meanwhile, fled on foot after the shooting -- and cops are now searching for the two men who were caught in these fairly clear surveillance photos.
