James Patrick Grady: St. Louis Priest Sentenced to Six Years for Child Pornography

A federal judge today sentenced the former priest of St. Raphael the Archangel Parish in south St. Louis to 80 months in prison and ordered to pay a $12,500 fine after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography earlier this spring.

James Patrick Grady, 58, was arrested in a sting operation last July in which he used a personal computer to solicit sex with a 16-year-old girl that was really an undercover officer. Following his arrest his laptop was found to have some 100 images of nude prepubescent females between the ages of seven and seventeen years old.

Much more on that story here.
