Jamie Day: Topless Alton Bartender Pleads Guilty to Supplying Fatal Dose of Heroin

A former Alton bartender busted for exposing her bust to patrons has pled guilty to supplying the heroin that killed 23-year-old Kelby Willman last June.

In federal court this week, Jamie Day of Jerseyville, Illinois, admitted that she supplied Willman with heroin. The Elsah, Illinois, man injected himself with the drug and overdosed.

The 25-year-old Day made national headlines in 2008 when police found her working topless at the Pub Room in Alton. (Nude bartenders is somewhat commonplace in Alton.)

Day will be sentenced in June and faces the possibility of a $1-million fine and a life sentence in prison.
